KidzHero started in 2024 when a founder's daughter asked to be 'the hero on the shirt' — and every option online cracked after two washes.
We are a nine-person studio in Bengaluru: six illustrators, a print lead, and two people answering your WhatsApp messages. There is no algorithm turning photos into cartoons here — a person opens your photo, sketches your child, and sends you a proof before anything is printed.
That approach is slower and more expensive than the automated stores, so we made two trade-offs: we keep the catalogue small, and we spend the money on the blank tee and the ink instead of on ads. The result is a shirt that survives school, summer and the washing machine.
If something is wrong, tell us. We redraw artwork for free, replace wrong sizes, and refund without a debate. That policy is the whole business model.
