Every order is made to your specification. We send a design preview for approval before printing; production begins once you approve it or after 48 hours of no reply.

By uploading a photo you confirm you are the parent or guardian of the child pictured, or otherwise have permission to use the image. We only use it to fulfil your order.

The illustration we create is licensed to you for personal use. KidzHero retains the rights to the illustration style and templates used to make it.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Promotional pricing applies only while the offer is live and cannot be applied retroactively.

Our 30-day happiness guarantee and exchange process are described on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.
