Every tee is made to order, so here is exactly how long it takes and what happens if something is not right.
Production time
Our artists illustrate your child's cartoon within 12-24 hours of your order. You receive a design preview on WhatsApp or email for approval before we print.
Delivery time
Anywhere in India: 5–10 working days after design approval.
Shipping charges & payment
Free shipping on every order across India. No hidden courier charges at checkout.
Pay in full at checkout by UPI, card, net banking or wallet — secured by Razorpay.
Prefer Cash on Delivery? Pay only a ₹49 COD handling fee online now and hand the rest in cash to the delivery agent. The fee confirms your slot and covers the hand-drawn artwork, so it is non-refundable once your artist has started. You still approve the art proof on WhatsApp before we print.
30-day happiness guarantee
If the print quality, fabric or sizing disappoints you, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint the tee or refund you in full.
Because each shirt is personalised, we cannot resell returns — so we do not need the item back for print-quality claims. For size exchanges we arrange a free pickup.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before you approve the design preview. Once printing starts, we can only offer a store credit.

All parcels are printed, packed and dispatched by the KidzHero team.
