Every tee is made to order, so here is exactly how long it takes and what happens if something is not right.
Production time
Our artists illustrate your child's cartoon within 12-24 hours of your order. You receive a design preview on WhatsApp or email for approval before we print.
Delivery time
Metro cities: 2-4 working days after design approval.
Rest of India: 4-6 working days after design approval.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹69 is added at checkout.
Cash on delivery is available on most pin codes for a ₹49 handling fee.
30-day happiness guarantee
If the print quality, fabric or sizing disappoints you, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint the tee or refund you in full.
Because each shirt is personalised, we cannot resell returns — so we do not need the item back for print-quality claims. For size exchanges we arrange a free pickup.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before you approve the design preview. Once printing starts, we can only offer a store credit.
