What each stage means

1. Order received
Same day — you get an email confirmation with your order number.
2. Art proof sent
Within 24 hours — reply 'approved' or ask for changes.
3. Printing & QC
24–48 hours after approval, checked by hand before packing.
4. Shipped
Tracking link emailed and sent on WhatsApp; 2–5 days in transit.
